Once flowers are prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assess the issue.
