• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns and exchanges are accepted only at the discretion of Elisana Florist.
• In-store purchases: Items must be returned to the store on the same day of purchase.
• Delivery orders: Any return or exchange request must be notified to us on the same day of delivery.
• All returns or exchanges must be discussed with and approved by us first before any action is taken.

Complaints
