Delivery
• Delivery options, areas, and fees are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
• We attempt delivery once to the address provided at checkout.
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, incorrect details, or refusal to accept the order, the order will be returned to us.
• Where access allows, our driver will leave a delivery attempt note through the letterbox with instructions on how to contact us.
• If a delivery is missed, the client must contact us using the details on the delivery attempt note (where applicable) to arrange re-delivery.
• If same-day re-delivery is requested, this may be attempted subject to availability, however an ETA cannot be guaranteed.
• If same-day re-delivery is not possible, the order will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
