Yes! We offer same-day delivery in North London for orders placed before 1pm.
For other areas, same-day delivery is subject to availability. Please call our Arnos Grove branch for more information before ordering.
If a specific flower is unavailable or out of season, we will substitute with blooms of a similar colour, shape, style, and value while keeping the overall design as close as possible to your original order.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers with items of equal or greater value when necessary.
Yes, a complimentary message card is included with every order. You can write your message at checkout and we’ll carefully include it with your flowers.

If the recipient is not available, we will leave a calling card where possible or attempt delivery with a neighbour if access is available.
If both attempts are unsuccessful, the customer must contact us to arrange redelivery for the following day or a more suitable time.
